Boeing, a leading global aerospace company, signed an offtake agreement of 100,000 tons of CDR from Charm Industrial. Charm Industrial, a US company, converts biomass to produce bio-oil and biochar, put them underground to improve soil quality as well as store carbon.

This deal shows the further alignment between carbon removal and aerospace sector and indicates continuous growth of the biochar industry as one tools for climate action.
